Positive: espaço bonito e prédio muito bem equipado. localização é muito próxima do centro, ainda que você tenha que enfrentar uma certa subida (creio que inevitável na cidade)
Negative: o box do banheiro não tem separação, então toda vez que alguém toma banho o banheiro fica encharcado
